How To Rent-A-Rack?

Please note that the starting date for your weekly rental can be any day of the week. You can also start on the weekend! Choose suitable dates based on your availability to set up/pick up your rack. The minimum rental time is 7 days. WE ARE OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK!

How To Tag My Clothes
And Use Zellr?
Please ensure that your price tags are printed at home on card, or glued to cardboard or laminated for durability. Thin paper tags may tear easily, so we recommend avoiding them. Items cannot be sold without a barcoded price tag.Important: Be sure to include a detailed description on each price tag, including the brand, color, and size. For example: "Seed floral purple dress, size 14." Also, don’t forget to add your rack number to each tag.To account for sales commission, we suggest adding 10% to the price you want to receive. For example, if you'd like $30 for a dress, list it for $33
Do I Need To Bring My Own Coat Hangers?
We provide all coat hangers for your rack. We prefer you use our coat hangers for a uniform display and ease of use (for you and your shoppers). We also provide unlimited security tags for your clothes!
How long should I book a rack for?
You can book a rack for as many weeks as you desire. We just ask for a minimum of 1 week and recommend booking for at least 2 weeks to get the most out of your time at Goldie.
Is there a parking somewhere nearby?
Yes, We have multiple carparks on the block as well as street parking.
What Time Is The Set Up/Pick Up
You can set up your rack anytime during business hours. The best timing is opening time to get the most out of your first rental day. Pick-up is an hour before closing time on your last day of rental.
If you are unable to pick up your unsold clothes on your last day please let us know ASAP and we can pack your clothes for you. The surcharge for packing and storing the clothes is $20/day and will be deducted from your profits.

Can I sell large homeware like rugs and armchairs?
Unfortunately, we don't have that kind of space in our boutique. All Homeware needs to fit on the shelves on a Large rack.
Best Selling Items
All popular brands in current fashion sell consistently well. . You can sell both women's and men's clothes in Goldie. We also have locked cabinets and racks for individual designer clothes, handbags, shoes, and accessories (T&Cs apply).
Can I Restock My Stall Once I Start Selling?
YES! and we recommend restocking! Follow your sales on Zellr app and come to replace your sold items as often as you like.
WHAT IF I WANT DISCOUNT ITEMS?
That is not a problem! We can apply a discount to your entire rack and place a discount percentage sign on it. Just send us an SMS or an email.If you prefer to discount individual items instead of the entire rack, please create new price tags on Zellr and come to the store to replace the old ones. Our staff can only assist with discounting the entire rack.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A 100% deposit is required on all rack rental bookings. This is non-refundable due to a change of mind or cancellation within 10 days before your booking. 100% of the booking fee will be carried over for a date change with 7 days notice.
WHAT IF ANYTHING GOES MISSING?
We provide security tags for you to use free of charge. Goldie takes no responsibility for stolen or lost property but we do our best for this not to happen. all witnessed cases of theft in the store are reported to the police.
Some of the items might accidentally travel from one rack to another and the staff will do their best to return everything to their original rack. This doesn't mean these items won't be on sale. As long as they are in store, customers can buy them.
