General terms and conditions
It is strictly forbidden to sell bootleg items, adult entertainment, drugs, dangerous goods, weapons, plants, or groceries. Goldie reserves the right to remove any unfit item from sale. The rack holder is fully responsible for any damages as a result of failure to comply with these conditions. Selling stolen items or someone else’s belongings is strictly forbidden. The rack holder must confirm they have the rights to the items brought for sale. For any malpractice, we reserve the right to inform the police.
The price tags must be well attached to each item. We cannot sell an item without a tag. If you wish to change the price of an item a new tag must be generated to update the system. Please see the staff for assistance. Should you wish to lower the price of everything in the rack, you can determine a discounted percentage and inform the staff of Goldie by SMS or email. We then put the discount sign on your rack and updated ZELLR with your discount percentage. If we find an item without a price tag there is a specific basket where these items are put. Make sure you check it and claim any lost property when visiting us. goldie stores these items for 2 weeks. After this, these items become the property of Goldie.
Some of the items might accidentally travel from one rack to another but the staff does their best to return everything to their racks. This doesn’t mean these items won’t be on sale. As long as they are in the store someone can buy them and with your tag attached the profit goes to your account. After you finish your rack rental it is important to go through the store and other racks for possible misplaced items.
In case we find more of your items after your finished rental we store them for 2 weeks. If we sell some of your forgotten/misplaced items after your rental is finished and we have already paid the money you made, it is your responsibility to claim these profits.
Our store has an alarm system. We also provide security tags for you to use free of charge. goldie takes no responsibility for stolen or lost property but we do our best for this not to happen. All witnessed cases of theft in the store are reported to the police. We take no responsibility for the damage to your items in case of a fire, water damage, burglary, vandalism, or any other factor undependable on us.
Goldie reserves the right to tidy your stall within your rack rental period. We will not use your rack to store any of our property.
By signing the agreement stall holder permits Goldie to post photos and/or videos on our social media pages of items on sale.
It is strictly forbidden to attach your shelves, baskets, racks, or any additional parts to your stall. You must only use the space, racks, and shelves provided by Goldie.
For fire safety reasons it is forbidden to leave any items on the floor or in front of emergency exits. When you bring your items in please do not leave any of your boxes or transporting bags in the store. We reserve the right to remove and dispose of anything we find unnecessary.
Should you wish to cancel the rack rental before it is finished, we pay the profits you’ve made so far but no refunds of the unused rent are issued. We retain any unclaimed profits for 2 weeks.
Rack Set-up: Rack set-up is in the morning after your rental starts. You can come in anytime within our opening hours, but we recommend setting up as early as you can to get the most out of your first day. Goldie will provide sellers with hangers, hooks for handbags, and security tags.
Rack pack up: Unsold clothes need to be backed up no later than one hour before closing time on your last day of the rental.
If the rack is not packed up an hour before closing time, the Goldie team will pack up your rack and deduct $20 from your sales. You can also organize a $20 pack-up service if you know you are not able to come in on your last day of rental. Please give us a call to arrange. Packed clothes need to be picked up on the following day or they will be donated. Any fees that are not pre-paid when booking will be taken out of the Seller’s payout.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items: Goldie is dedicated to ensuring that your items are secure at our store. WE ARE LIKE ANY OTHER CLOTHING STORE AND UNFORTUNATELY, SOMETIMES THINGS ARE STOLEN OR GO MISSING. THIS IS THE RISK YOU TAKE WHEN HAVING A STALL AT Goldie. IN CASE AN ITEM OF YOURS ISN'T FOUND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND CAN'T COMPENSATE THE LOSS. WE PROVIDE SECURITY TAGS FOR YOU TO USE FREE OF CHARGE, HOWEVER EVEN WITH SECURITY TAGS, THE SAFETY ISN'T 100%. PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANYTHING FOR SALE THAT IS TOO VALUABLE FOR YOU AND DON'T WATO NT RISK LOSING! Goldie security tags can be only attached to textiles. We don't have any other security tags. Goldie is not financially responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Rack rental fee:
SMALL RACK: $65/week +10% of your total sales
MEDIUM RACK: $89/week + 10% of your total sales
Maxi RACK: $99/week + 10% of your total sales
No commission is taken if your total sale amount is less than $200
If store is clothes for public holiday, extra day will be automatically added on to your booking.
A full payment for the stall must be made at the time of booking. If you are unable to commence your already booked and paid rental you can postpone your booking. In case you need to reschedule we need a minimum of one week's notice. We don't reschedule bookings starting in less than 7 days. No refunds are issued in any case.
Commission Payout: Payouts will be transferred within 7 business days following the final selling day. All payouts will be transferred to the nominated bank account. bank details need to be added to Zellr by client. Goldie takes no responsibility if the provided bank details are incorrect. Sellers will not receive their payout until all items have been picked up from Goldie.
Management Discretion: Goldie reserves the right to remove Seller's items for any areas. We do not allow counterfeit premium brand items to be sold in-store.Goldie cannot authenticate items.
Cancellation Policy: We do not refund rack rentals for any reason
LUXURY CABINET:
- A luxury cabinet is for luxury valuables you wish to keep out of access. Possible buyers will need permission from staff for access.
- These items must be small enough accessories to fit in the cabinet (shoes, bags, purses, watches--NO JEWELLERY). We take a maximum of 3 items per owner at a time for sale.
- There is no rent to be paid but we take a 35% selling commission per item.
- Each item's selling price must be a minimum $50
- A luxury cabinet booking is for 2 weeks.
- BY SIGNING A RACK RENTAL/LUXURY CABINET AGREEMENT YOU AGREE WITH OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. goldie RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OT&CC’S AT ANY TIME.
ALL-INCLUSIVE SERVICE:
-Our All Inclusive/Option 2 service is for a Medium rack for $99/2 weeks + 50% commission. Minimum of 60 items and a maximum of 80 items.
-If you are interested in booking for All Inclusive service please email us. No online, over-the-phone, or in-store bookings. We will get back to you about what brands and styles we accept.
-If you have made a booking with us please bring the clothes in to the correct store in disposable bags. No containers or suitcases will be stored.
- Goldie staff will price the items, set up the rack, and restock when needed. Garments will be priced to sell and the pricing is based on our experience.
-It is the client's responsibility to check our pricing on the first starting date. Should you like to make changes on individual items please contact our staff immediately.
-Clothes will be discounted towards the end of the rental to maximize sales. We might also do this earlier if we think the clothes aren't moving quickly enough.
-Clothes need to be dropped off at the store 2-3 days before the rental starts.
-Unsold clothes need to be picked up on the last day of the rental 5-10 minutes before closing. Goldie staff will pack the clothes in disposable bags.
